Lead your Clients towards your Solution

Since joining the coaching industry, every teacher or a book has been said about the importance of their role in the lives of its customers. I'm sure he also knows from experience that not only a service provider, your responsibility does not end after they sold a certain product or program.
You are the leader of its customers. You are their role model, and follow his personal example. Once you know it is needed to achieve their goals, they need to show them the right steps to finish.
Customers who are committed to success, will follow and trust their guide. They want to know what you did to succeed and not how. And that's the key to lead towards a solution! Why is it necessary to make this distinction?
